Jamocha is a stunning All American boy with special champion blood lines a solid chocolate/liver coloured boy with a chocolate nose. He is a carrier of black, chocolate, red and liver puppies. He has a wonderful conformation and a lovely temperament, and loves everyone. He is small sized weighing 7 pounds- fully grown and has a beautiful thick double coat. He has sired over 15 amazing litters and has yearly health check and all his inoculations are up to date. For 25 years I have owned both Imperial and Standard Shih-tzu\’s. I am the only Imperial Shih-tzu breeder in the UK, however, my dogs are KC reg as Shih-tzu\’s, and the imperial line is a variation of the shih-tzu, which I breed. Bitches must be over a year old, no more than seven years. Proof of vacinations required.

Rare stunning KC registered Imperial Shih-Tzu puppy, 1 boy remaining. Dam is a quality bred cream colored small girl with a black mask weighing only 7lbs. Sire is a marvelous solid teeny tiny milk chocolate boy weighing just 6 pounds. Both are American Imports with champion bloodlines, show conformation and wonderful temperaments. The boy is a brilliant red /brown with white on his feet and chest. He has a flat face and terrific coby body. Ready NOW! He is wormed and front lined, with four weeks free insurance. The breed is well known for their non-molting coat, which makes them suitable for people with fur allergies. This puppy has been reared in our home with much love and TLC to ensure he is well socialized by the time he leaves. Not only does he socialize with us, but the other dogs and puppies as well. This tiny little scrap is very playful and is forever wagging his tail at everyone. He loves a cuddle and makes the perfect dog for families. “We are a very small breeder of Champion Basset Hounds and are located in the beautiful County of Somerset. WhiteKnight Bassets have previously been a registered member of the Kennel Club Accredited Breeders Scheme and we are members of the Basset Hound Club of Great Britain and the South West Basset Hound Club.

The Basset Hound originated in sixth-century France, a country known for its many strains of hounds. Most strains had a tall version as well as a short-legged size less than sixteen inches, which were called “basset” (bas in French means low-set). With his long ears helping to stir up the scent, packs of Bassets were used to drive small prey, such as rabbit and hare, from dense undercover into open terrain where hunters could move in for the kill with spears, nets or clubs. The sport of pack hunting with Basset Hounds continues to this day in France and England.

Despite a deliberate, unhurried manner and captivatingly clownish demeanor, the Basset Hound possesses great intelligence. What may often be viewed as stubbornness may more appropriately be attributed to an innate ingenuity. In fact, the Basset excels at getting his way, from “demanding” a tasty morsel at the table to hurling his hefty 65 pounds into your lap! His overly long body, short legs and delightful wrinkles become a kaleidoscope of amusing expressions, all cleverly orchestrated to win us over.
And win us over he does. Gentle and sociable in nature, the easy-going Basset Hound is loyal to master and family, devoted to children and mild-mannered and friendly towards other animals.

We only breed when we have sufficient enquiries from prospective owners and we always use a stud dog with the sole intention of improving our breeding lineage.

When selling puppies our first priority is to match the personality of the puppies with future owners. Our motto ‘where choosing the right puppy for you – matters to us’, basically sums up our beliefs and attitudes towards the breeding of Basset Hounds. We are a small kennel of fawn and black pugs based near the gorgeous rolling countryside of the South Downs in Hampshire, UK. Our dogs are much loved and adored by all. They live in the house in a family environment.
