Since its launch in 2001 the UK Dog Breeder Directory has always operated our very own Charter For Ethical Dog Breeding.

Unlike other online dog breeder and puppy sales websites, the aim of this site has NEVER been to generate profit on advertising from dog breeders. We are NOT about volume, we are exclusively about QUALITY.

This site exists purely as a means to match responsible dog lovers with quality breeders.

To this end we insist that all breeders who wish to be part of the UK Dog Breeder Directory mustadhere to and maintain the highest set of professional standards.

If you have seen an advert (e.g. the Google supplied ads) or a breeder listing that you believe does not meet our quality standards, please report this using the form below. Please supply as much supporting information as possible:

All pedigree and non pedigree dog breeders should be committed to the principles of ethical dog breeding and producing happy, healthy, functional dogs. The ethos of the UK Breeder Directory is 'UK dog breeders who prioritise health above all'. Puppies available and puppies for sale via the UK Breeder Directory must all come from breeders who agree to our charter for ethical dog breeding. No listings will be accepted from breeders who do not conform to our charter and the UK Breeder Directory reserves the right to remove pedigree dog breeders and non pedigree dog breeders if ethical dog breeding standards are not practiced.
